Product Returns

New Item Returns:
- Returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date.
- Returned uninstalled in their original item packaging in sellable condition.
- Accompanied by a copy of the original Invoice and Return Authorization Form.

- Packed in the proper sized BOX to prevent damage in transit.
- Any returned item that arrives in a soft-pack envelope will be refused.
- Must display the issued Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box (next to the shipping label is best).
- Must be shipped pre-paid.

Defective Items for exchange
- Accompanied by a copy of the original Invoice and Return Authorization Form.
- Must display the issued Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box (next to the shipping label is best).
- Must be shipped pre-paid.


Incorrect Part Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, simply return it by the method mentioned above and make a new purchase for the item you need. 
when we receive your return we will issue you a refund by the original payment method.


Non-returnable Items for refund:
- Repair kits and upgrade kits that have been opened or installed.
- Alternators, Starters, Armatures, Regulators, Rectifiers, Rotors, Stators, Field coils, Starter drives and Solenoids are non-returnable unless faulty due to manufacturing defect.
- Defective items can be returned for exchange only, we DO NOT accept defective returns for refund. No exceptions!
- Special order items that we do not stock.

Note:  
All returns, except those due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Defective Returns For Exchange ONLY.
Returned packages not displaying a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused or discarded.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from date of issue.
